About Us
Founded in 2018 by the Zaccagnio family, Thunderbird FC was built from the ground up, driven by a deep love for soccer and a desire to give back to the sport that shaped their lives. It has since grown into a respected competitive club known for strong player development and is home to North Phoenix’s premier recreational league.
We believe in developing the whole player -on and off the field- through a clear focus on effort, teamwork, and character. Through our progressive, age-specific curriculum, players develop the technical skills and tactical awareness to understand each phase of the game, make smart decisions, and contribute effectively to a successful team.

Thunderbird FC exists to foster the physical, mental, social, and emotional growth of youth through soccer in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and surrounding communities. We provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment where players of all levels can develop their skills, build confidence, and grow a lifelong love for the game.
